“ Tell you what! If you are in the area and hungry keep this place number one on you list. We had brisket sandwiche, red hot chicken sandwich and Cadillac fries (these were with brisket). The fries took the first spot and I filled up on it pretty fast. The chicken sandwich was the best spicy chicken sandwich we have had, better then any other hot chicken sandwich. The atmosphere is country western and country songs playing. Best place to chill and they are open until 12 am. ”

“ Our Lake Arrowhead plans took a turn when Tiki Republic was closed. We were ready to go in our Santa Tiki shirts, so the letdown was real. But stumbling onto Cadillac Cowboy completely turned the afternoon around. From the moment we walked in, the bartenders were super sweet and accommodating, making us feel right at home. For drinks, I kicked things off with the Rebarita, a creative twist on a margarita with mango chata that had a little kick - so good! My second drink was the Hot Toddy, which was warm, spicy, and delicious - the perfect choice for the 40-degree weather outside. It felt like pure comfort in a glass. We also ordered the White Horse, an iced coffee cocktail with whipped cream that was smooth and indulgent, followed by a Moscow Mule-inspired drink that we really enjoyed. Everything we tried was thoughtful, seasonal, and expertly made. We couldn't leave without dessert, and the whiskey cake did not disappoint. Topped with whipped cream and candied pecans, it was rich, moist, and the perfect sweet finish to a great experience. The cozy, rustic vibe of Cadillac Cowboy, combined with the incredible drinks, delicious dessert, and the kindness of the bartenders, made it an absolute highlight. If you're in Lake Arrowhead, this is the spot to warm up, sip something special, and leave with a smile. ”

“ First off the ambience is awesome! That patio overlooking the lake is perfect for lunch and relaxation! Next, the service was pretty good. Our server Jose was really good and made some awesome recommendations when asked. He was attentive and friendly without interrupting our conversation. The food came out at a great pace. That brings me to the food. The loaded fries were a solid 4.5- Jose suggested we get it with pulled pork, good move! Only drawback, I wish the fries were cooked a bit further. Brisket sandwich 3.5, good but not exceptional. The side of mac n cheese was really good though. We shared a full rack of smoked pork ribs and that was certainly 5 stars- one of the best ribs I have had from a texture perspective. The side of coleslaw was 2 at best because it lacked flavor. Given how good everything was, I found this odd. We got a sausage roll to go with the linguiaca and our son said it was very good- solid 4.5. Okay and we got the butter cake with whiskey caramel to round out the meal- it was amazing- 5 stars must try for sure. We will be back for sure when we are in the area again! ”

“ Jose the bartender told me to leave a good review about him; I already forgot what I was suppose to say-kidding, but also not kidding: I did forget what I was going to say . He really was a great bartender: attentive and friendly ; I was tipsy off of one drink, but I'm a lightweight. Food was delicious and so were the drinks. I had the Loretta Lynn which I highly recommend! Also the fried okra is a favorite! Jose, if you're reading this, keep up the good work!!!! ”

“ We had dinner there last night 5/18/24 Service was great and the food delicious. We had pork ribs and a pulled pork sandwich. Loved the ambiance casual country. ”
